Linda was a horse lover all her life, a champion rider by age 13. On this page, you will find out more about her favourite breed of horse, the Appaloosa.
At Linda's Memorial Service in New York, an Appaloosa named Pay N Go was the special guest. He and his rider, Pam Fowler-Grace, entered the church on the cue that the next thing the mouners were about to see was rather unusual, but the thing that Linda would have loved most to see. They did a Spanish walk to the front of the church, Pirouetted in the centre, a formal salute and Spanish walk back out.
Linda had two Appaloosas, Lucky Spot and Blankit, which are mother and son. She also has a song called Appaloosa which documents the story of one Appaloosa living in Idaho with Cheif Joseph on the Palouse River.
